1979 27' Tartan C&C Yachts 27

This 1979 Tartan 27 Sailboat located in Warwick, RI was designed by Sparkman and Stephens.  This classic fiberglass cruiser with its shoal-draft keel with centerboard provides you access to shallow water areas. 
 
This well built, well designed cruiser has remained in the same family since is was first set sail and now is looking for a new owner who would like to bring her back to her original beauty.  The Loon has been on dry land for a 4 years.  The hull is in very good condition. The interior needs a good cleaning and polishing but is otherwise in good condition. The blue cushions in the main cabin are newer (1993); the two forward V-berth cushions need repair and or replacing. The teak rails, trim and cabin floor need refinishing.  The mechanical and electrical may need work as it has not been started since dry docked. The rigging is in good conditon.  The sails, a #1 and #3 Genoa and Storm Jib, are in very good condition.
